EPS Rehabilitation, Inc. was founded by Edward Paul Steffan in October of 1981. As the business expanded, we opened our first office in Frankfort, Illinois and then relocated our main office to our current location in Tinley Park, Illinois. As demand for our services grew, we opened additional offices in Springfield and Swansea, which allowed us to provide medical case management and vocational rehabilitation services throughout the State of Illinois.
Successful planning and execution of medical case management and vocational rehabilitation services led us to developing our first disability management program for the State of Illinois, Department of Central Management Services, in 1983.
Our rich history of servicing a diverse set of clients in the worker compensation arena has established EPS Rehabilitation, Inc. as the "best in class" service provider with an excellent reputation within the medical, insurance and legal systems. The professional team at EPS Rehabilitation, Inc. continues to expand our level of education and improve the service delivery systems we offer to our clients.
Our “best in class” reputation has grown out of a deep commitment to continue embracing our founding mission of “Establishing Excellence in Rehabilitation.” EPS Rehabilitation, Inc. constantly strives to develop and improve services to assist individuals with workplace injuries or disabilities in order to maximize their recovery and safe return to work at the highest level of productivity and remuneration.
